Rå Epok – the best Sushi place in Lund!
As we all love Sushi but don’t always have time to prepare it by ourselves, we went on a quest for the best Sushi restaurant here in Lund. And we found it – Ra Epok (Swedish for “Raw Epoch”).
This cute and unique restaurant follows its philosophy to use only local Swedish fish such as trout, walleye or cod, meaning that they do not use any fish on “IUCN Red List of Threatened Species”. The Sushi is prepared next to the customers and a delicious soup is offered while waiting for the fresh Sushi. The prices are very reasonable and therefore this restaurant is quite busy during lunch- and dinnertime. Try it - you will be impressed!
